After Apple’s “Far Out” event, where it had an impressive showing with the iPhone 14 Pro and a bunch of other gadgets, Samsung is hitting back with a nice right hook, delivering the first-ever (and best) discounts. on its fourth generation foldable phones. Available for $999.99 at launch, the 128GB configuration of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 is currently discounted to $899.99 on Amazon.

The larger Z Fold 4 also received a significant discount, lowering the 256GB model’s $1,799.99 launch price to $1,599.99. You can also find the 512GB configuration for $1,719.99, down from its usual $1,919.99.

It might still be a bit fancy, but the fourth iteration of the Galaxy Z Flip is actually a pretty decent phone with solid battery life that easily compresses into a roughly 3 x 2-inch block that can actually hold in your pocket (wild!). Photo capabilities are slightly lacking compared to the Z Fold 4, but the Flip 4 is a great choice for something reminiscent of a flip phone. Read our review.

As for the Z Fold 4, it offers more screen space and opens like a book. The 7.6-inch internal screen gives you more than enough space to run apps side-by-side or stream games and movies. When folded, the Z Fold 4 offers a generous 6.2-inch screen for checking notifications or responding to text messages. Read our review.
